CityBits – How Your Business Benefits

Launching soon in Bremerton, WA as the official pilot city

Introducing – CityBits

CityBits is a mobile-friendly web platform designed to help people discover local businesses, events, and updates through a live, stylized map. Users explore the city as avatars, tap business pins, “spin” logos for XP and rewards, and view a real-time feed of local activity.

CityBits is currently in development, with features rolling out for testing soon. Bremerton will be the first city to pilot the platform, giving local businesses early access to tools that will eventually support a nationwide rollout.

  • Exclusive access to the CityBits Beta launch
  • Special branded Pins to highlight their listing in the app
  • Free ad credits to use during the launch window

Why CityBits Matters

Traditional social media buries local voices under national content and opaque algorithms. CityBits flips that model. Every post is tied to a physical place and comes from a verified business or civic source. The moment someone opens the map, they see real-time updates for the street they’re actually on—no hidden ranking, no ads from national brands.

Local businesses get direct visibility. Residents and visitors get instant, relevant content based on location. It’s a new way to connect a city.

How will customers interact with my business?

  • When someone approaches your location, your pin glows
  • They spin your logo to check in
  • They instantly receive XP and optional digital rewards/coupons
  • Spins increase your hot-zone score, boosting visibility
  • Users can spin once per hour per location

What can I post, and how often?

You’ll be able to post updates such as flash sales, menus, job listings, and event flyers—right from your phone or computer. Posts appear in a live feed and can be scheduled or set to auto-expire. No more seeing posts 3 days after an event has already happened!
